Does Europe still matter in a world in which superpowers like China and the US seem to determine the rules? What choices does Europe have to make to remain relevant?

These and other questions will be addressed by Jaap de Hoop Scheffer on April 20th. In a mini-lecture and interview he will discuss the power of Europe and the struggles the continent faces.

De Hoop Scheffer is former Secretary-General of NATO and former Dutch minister of Foreign Affairs.
