On the second Tuesday of the month scientist, journalists and politicians gather to informally speak about world affairs and the latest news. During this event - named Politics Cafe - the public is free to participate in the discussions while enjoying a beverage.
During this event the rise of political movements will be discussed. Are they different from political parties? Or is the word 'movement' just a modern word for the same thing?
