A photograph is worth a thousand words. An unfortunate picture could end a political career. This happened to Ad Melkert. Politics and photography are inextricably linked to each other. Lars Boering, director of World Press Photo, gave a short lecture by looking at iconic photographs. Experienced photographers who photograph at Binnenhof Freek van den Bergh and Martijn Beekman discussed the practical experience.
