On the evening before Prince's day 2016, September 19, Haagsch College organize its annual Prince's Day Lecture. On Prince's day, the government presents the budget for the coming year. But how is a budget actually constructed? Martin Visser elaborated on how the budget system works and explained the story behind all those figures.
Martin Visser is an economist and journalist for the 'Financiële Telegraaf'. He wrote the books 'Komt het nog wel goed met ons?' and 'Euroscepsis'.
