On the 18th of December the third and the last in a series of lectures on 'the State of Europe' was organised by the 'Haagsch College'.
Jaap de Hoop Scheffer gave a lecture on the position of Europe in an ever changing world. He also spoke about the consequences of the euro crisis with regard to the 'safety' of the continent, and who (or what) could be considered the biggest threat for Europe.
'Haagsch College' is an initiative of Newscollege. The Montesquieu Institute supports this initiative by means of a substantive contribution, providing the fact sheets for the lectures.
