This  fall the Sharing Perspectives Foundation, together with 8 partner universities, launched the Virtual Exchange program called ‘Perspectives on the Euro(pean) crisis’.

This program is a selective course for students who want to learn more about the deep causes of and possible solutions to the Euro(pean) crisis. The course is structured around the major economic, political and socio-cultural challenges that are currently at stake in the European Union. In sixteen weeks, 96 students are able to view online lectures from 30 high-esteemed academics and experts and are able to participate in weekly international, online discussions on these lectures. This way, participants not only passively learn about the current challenges, but are actively engaged in an international debate that stimulates all participants to understand the crises in the EU from different perspectives, be that other national perspectives or from an interdisciplinary view.
