Montesquieu Awards 2012 - Hoofdinhoud
The Montesquieu Institute awards students with the annual Montesquieu Awards for the best Master Thesis. Also, the Europe-award for Junior Academics is awarded by the institute to the Junior academic that wrote the best scientific article.
Students and Junior academics whose thesis or article meets up with the criteria that are described below are invited to enter the competition. The deadline for this year’s competition is March 31, 2011. The Jury consists of one professor and two researchers of the Montesquieu Institute or its participating Universities (Leyden, Groningen, Nijmegen and Maastricht). The articles will be judged on the criteria of originality, significance of the study, overall quality and results and accomplishments of the paper or article.
The awards ceremony will take place June 21st 2012 in the Great Hall of the Dutch Senate. For an impression of last year's ceremony, click here.
